- 1/2 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet to prevent sticking.
- Prepare Mushrooms: Clean the mushroom caps carefully and set them aside. Finely chop the mushroom stems for the filling.
- Sauté Filling Ingredients: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the chopped mushroom stems, minced garlic, and finely chopped onion. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until the mixture is softened and fragrant.
- Mix Filling: Stir in the bread crumbs, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Remove the skillet from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Add Cheese and Parsley: Once cooled, mix in the shredded sharp white cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan, and chopped fresh parsley to complete the filling.
- Stuff Mushrooms: Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, pressing down gently to pack the filling firmly inside.
