- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
- 12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan (for sauce)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water, cook pasta per package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Prepare Chicken Bites: Season chicken, cook in skillet with olive oil and butter. Add garlic, cheeses, then set aside.
- Make the Sauce: Melt butter in skillet, whisk in flour, add broth and cream, stir in Parmesan until thickened.
- Combine and Serve: Toss cooked pasta in sauce, add chicken bites, garnish with parsley, and serve.
