- ¾ cup water
- 1 (9-inch) refrigerated pie crust or homemade pie crust
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips or corn chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
