Instructions
- Pulse Freeze-Dried Strawberries: In a food processor, pulse freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder. Set aside 2 tablespoons for coating (optional).
- Mix Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add melted white chocolate, vanilla extract, salt, and powdered strawberry. Mix until well combined.
- Add Sugar and Color: Gradually beat in powdered sugar until a thick, scoopable dough forms. Add pink food coloring if desired. Chill mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
