- 4 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the Jam: In a large saucepan, combine the strawberries, jalapeños, and lemon juice. Use a potato masher to slightly crush the strawberries. Stir in pectin and bring to a boil.
- Add Sugar: Once boiling, add sugar and return to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Jar the Jam: Remove from heat, skim off foam, and ladle the jam into sterilized jars. Process in a water bath or refrigerate.
