  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey

Broccoli Mixture:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or other hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

To Serve:

  • 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Turkey: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook ground turkey until browned. Add garlic.
  2. Add Broccoli: Stir in broccoli, cook until tender.
  3. Make the Sauce: Whisk soy sauce, honey, sriracha, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Pour over turkey and broccoli, simmer.
