Lipton Onion Soup Mix:
1 packet
Olive Oil or Butter:
1/4 cup
Garlic Powder:
1/2 teaspoon
Salt and Pepper:

Fresh Parsley:
2 tablespoons, chopped (optional)
Nonstick Cooking Spray:

Instructions
- Prepare Potatoes: Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Toss potatoes with oil, soup mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until coated.
- Cook: Transfer the potato mixture to the slow cooker, spread evenly, cover, and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours until tender and golden.
