Main Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked salmon flaked (or canned salmon, drained)

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

  2. Form Patties: Shape the mixture into 6 small patties or 4 larger ones.
  3. Cook Patties: Fry the patties in olive oil over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
