  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Bar Layers:

  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional, such as pecans or walnuts)


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. Make the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Layer Ingredients: Sprinkle coconut over the crust, then layer flour, salt, rhubarb, white chocolate chips, and nuts. Drizzle condensed milk over.
