Quesadizzas are a delicious and easy twist on traditional quesadillas, combining the flavors of pizza with crispy, cheesy tortillas. This recipe layers mozzarella, Parmesan, pizza sauce, and your favorite toppings between two flour tortillas, cooked to golden perfection in a skillet.

			Quesadizza Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas (8-inch size)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices or other favorite pizza toppings (e.g., bell peppers, olives, onions)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the skillet and tortillas: Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly brush each tortilla with olive oil on both sides to help them crisp up during cooking.
- Cook first side: Place one tortilla in the hot skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes on one side until it turns lightly golden and crispy.
- Add toppings: Flip the tortilla, then spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the cooked side. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the sauce, then add your choice of pizza toppings such as pepperoni, bell peppers, or onions.
- Top with second tortilla: Place another tortilla on top, with the oiled side facing outwards, and press down gently to seal the quesadizza layers together.
- Cook second side and melt cheese: Cook the quesadizza for an additional 2–3 minutes on each side, flipping carefully, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Serve: Remove the quesadizza from the skillet, slice into wedges, garnish with fresh basil if desired, and serve immediately while hot and melty.

- Feel free to customize your quesadizza with different pizza toppings like olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, or onions.
- To ensure even cooking, maintain medium heat so the tortillas crisp without burning before the cheese melts.
