Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, and vanilla extract, and blend well.
- Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
