Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pure pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, and vanilla extract, and blend well.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Bake: Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
