Ingredients

Scale

Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Slider Assembly:

  • 12-pack soft dinner rolls or slider buns (connected)
  • 6 slices American or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle chips
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned.
  3. Prepare the rolls: Slice the rolls horizontally without separating them.
  4. Assemble the sliders: Spread mayo, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom half of the rolls. Layer beef, cheese, and pickles. Top with the other half of the rolls.
  5. Bake: Brush with butter, sprinkle sesame seeds, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
  6. Serve: Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • You can prepare these in advance and bake before serving.
  • Try swapping pickles for sautéed mushrooms or jalapeños for a flavor variation.
  • Perfect for game day or party appetizers!
