Slider Assembly:
- 12-pack soft dinner rolls or slider buns (connected)
- 6 slices American or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup dill pickle chips
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned.
- Prepare the rolls: Slice the rolls horizontally without separating them.
- Assemble the sliders: Spread mayo, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom half of the rolls. Layer beef, cheese, and pickles. Top with the other half of the rolls.
- Bake: Brush with butter, sprinkle sesame seeds, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
