- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the cookie bars.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, eggs, and pistachio pudding mix. Use an electric mixer to blend these ingredients until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Add Dry Mix: Add the sugar cookie mix to the bowl with the wet ingredients and continue mixing until a sticky dough forms, ensuring all components are well incorporated.
- Prepare Baking Sheet: Grease a 10 x 15-inch baking sheet to prevent sticking, then spread the sticky dough evenly across the surface, smoothing it out for uniform baking.
- Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the cookie bars for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden and the top begins to brown slightly.
