- 1 1/2 cups cold whole milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional)

Instructions
- Mix Pistachio Filling: In a medium bowl, whisk together pistachio pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened.
- Whip Cream: In a separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Combine: Gently fold whipped cream into pistachio pudding. Add green food coloring if desired.
- Fill Crust: Spoon filling into graham cracker crust, smooth the top.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve: Top with whipped cream and chopped pistachios before serving.
Notes
- You can use store-bought whipped topping for convenience.
- For a homemade crust, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, press into a pie pan, and bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.
