  • green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix Pistachio Filling: In a medium bowl, whisk together pistachio pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened.
  2. Whip Cream: In a separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine: Gently fold whipped cream into pistachio pudding. Add green food coloring if desired.
  4. Fill Crust: Spoon filling into graham cracker crust, smooth the top.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  6. Serve: Top with whipped cream and chopped pistachios before serving.
