Instructions

  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, sugars until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, then alternate adding dry ingredients and milk.
  4. Layer Batter and Jelly: Pour half of the batter, add jelly, swirl gently, then pour remaining batter. Top with more jelly dollops and swirl.
  5. Bake and Cool: Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
