- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup fruit jam or jelly (strawberry, grape, or your favorite)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, sugars until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, then alternate adding dry ingredients and milk.
- Layer Batter and Jelly: Pour half of the batter, add jelly, swirl gently, then pour remaining batter. Top with more jelly dollops and swirl.
- Bake and Cool: Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
