- 1 bottle (750 ml) Sauvignon Blanc
- 3 peaches, sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
Other
- 1 can (355 ml) soda water
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, pour the entire bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. Add the sliced peaches and raspberries, stirring gently to combine all ingredients.
- Chill Mixture: Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and allow the wine and fruit to marinate for at least 3 hours to let flavors meld and the fruit infuse the wine.
- Add Soda Water and Serve: Just before serving, add the can of soda water to the chilled sangria mixture and stir gently to combine. Serve immediately over ice if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh, ripe peaches for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
- You can substitute soda water with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water for different sweetness levels.
- Feel free to add other fruits like lemon slices or mint leaves for additional aroma and garnish.
- The sangria tastes even better if prepared a day ahead, allowing the fruit flavors to fully mature.
