Description

Refreshing Peach and Raspberry Sangria made with crisp Sauvignon Blanc, fresh sliced peaches, and juicy raspberries, topped with bubbly soda water. Perfectly chilled and lightly fruity, this easy-to-make sangria is ideal for summer gatherings and casual entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale

Wine and Fruit

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Sauvignon Blanc
  • 3 peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries

Other

  • 1 can (355 ml) soda water

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, pour the entire bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. Add the sliced peaches and raspberries, stirring gently to combine all ingredients.
  2. Chill Mixture: Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and allow the wine and fruit to marinate for at least 3 hours to let flavors meld and the fruit infuse the wine.
  3. Add Soda Water and Serve: Just before serving, add the can of soda water to the chilled sangria mixture and stir gently to combine. Serve immediately over ice if desired.

Notes

  • Use fresh, ripe peaches for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
  • You can substitute soda water with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water for different sweetness levels.
  • Feel free to add other fruits like lemon slices or mint leaves for additional aroma and garnish.
  • The sangria tastes even better if prepared a day ahead, allowing the fruit flavors to fully mature.
