Description

This Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pizza combines tender, seasoned chicken with creamy Alfredo sauce, crispy bacon, and melty mozzarella on a perfectly baked pizza crust. Enhanced with Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce and garnished with dried parsley, this pizza offers a rich and flavorful experience perfect for a cozy dinner or casual gathering.

Ingredients

Scale

Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Pizza Crust

  • 2 (6.5 oz) packs pizza crust mix (or pre-made crust), plus ingredients needed according to package directions

Toppings

  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce (to taste, approximately 2-3 tablespoons)
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • Dried parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cubed chicken and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring frequently, until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from heat and toss the cooked chicken with a small amount (about 1-2 tablespoons) of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce to coat evenly.
  2. Prepare the Pizza Crust: While the chicken cooks, prepare the pizza crust according to package directions. Once dough is ready, spread it evenly on a greased baking sheet. Use a fork to poke holes throughout the crust to prevent bubbling. Bake the crust in a preheated oven at 475°F (245°C) for 5 to 10 minutes until it is lightly browned and partially cooked.
  3. Add Sauce and Cheese: Remove the partially baked crust from the oven and spread the Alfredo sauce evenly over the surface. Sprinkle some of the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the Alfredo sauce to create a cheesy base.
  4. Top the Pizza: Distribute the coated cooked chicken evenly over the cheese layer. Follow with the remaining mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Scatter the cooked, chopped bacon evenly on top of the pizza for added flavor and texture.
  5. Bake the Pizza: Place the assembled pizza back in the oven at 475°F (245°C) and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden, and the crust is fully cooked and crispy.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle dried parsley over the top for a fresh pop of color and flavor. Slice and serve hot for the best taste experience.

Notes

  • Ensure the chicken is cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for safety.
  • You can substitute store-bought pizza dough if preferred instead of the pizza crust mix.
  • Adjust the amount of Parmesan Garlic Sauce to your taste preference for more or less garlic flavor.
  • Bacon can be cooked ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator to save time during assembly.
  • For a crispier crust, bake on a preheated pizza stone if available.
