Description

Indulge in the rich and flavorful One Pot Cajun Chicken Alfredo, a creamy and satisfying pasta dish that comes together easily in just one pot. Tender chicken, al dente pasta, and a Cajun-spiced cream sauce make this a perfect weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Cajun Chicken:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Alfredo Pasta:

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces uncooked fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cajun Chicken: Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning. Sauté in olive oil until cooked. Set aside.
  2. Alfredo Pasta: Sauté garlic, add broth and cream, bring to boil. Add pasta, simmer until al dente. Add chicken, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through. Garnish and serve.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste
  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream
  • Pair with green salad or garlic bread
