For the Cajun Chicken:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Alfredo Pasta:
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces uncooked fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cajun Chicken: Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning. Sauté in olive oil until cooked. Set aside.
- Alfredo Pasta: Sauté garlic, add broth and cream, bring to boil. Add pasta, simmer until al dente. Add chicken, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through. Garnish and serve.
