Syrup:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 23 strips lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Prepare Nut Filling: Mix walnuts, pistachios, cinnamon, and cloves in a bowl.
  2. Layer Phyllo: Layer phyllo sheets in a baking dish, brushing each layer with butter.
