Fillings:

Instructions

  1. Prepare Nutella Filling: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop 1-teaspoon dollops of Nutella onto it. Freeze for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  2. Make Cookie Dough: Cream together butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients, fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Assemble Cookies: Flatten dough, place a frozen Nutella dollop in the center, cover with another piece of dough, seal edges, roll into a ball.
