Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and thoroughly spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Add Veggies and Cheese: Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced red bell pepper, chopped spinach, finely chopped broccoli, and chopped green onions into the egg mixture until evenly incorporated.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Divide the egg and vegetable mixture evenly among the 12 muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full to allow room for rising.
- Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the centers are set and the tops are lightly golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the quiches cool in the pan for 5 minutes before carefully removing them. Serve warm immediately, or allow them to cool completely before storing for later.
