Cookie Dough:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix-ins:
- 1 1/2 cups Lucky Charms cereal (separate marshmallows from cereal)
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows (reserved for folding in)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Dough: Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then gently mix in cereal pieces and white chocolate chips. Fold in marshmallows.
- Bake: Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- For extra color and crunch, press a few marshmallows on top of each cookie before baking.
- Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days or frozen for longer storage.
