- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender, finely ground
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, lemon juice, zest, and lavender. Fold in blueberries tossed with flour.
- Bake: Pour the filling over the crust and bake until set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool and Chill: Cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Slice into bars and enjoy!
