-
Korean BBQ Sauce:
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- Prepare the BBQ Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
- Coat the Chicken: Place the rotisserie chicken on a lined baking sheet and brush generously with the Korean BBQ sauce, covering all sides. Reserve a small amount of the sauce for serving.

- Rest and Serve: Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, carve the chicken, drizzle with reserved sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with steamed rice and kimchi if desired.
Notes
- This is a great way to elevate store-bought rotisserie chicken.
- For extra heat, add a dash of gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) or sriracha to the sauce.
- Can also be shredded and used in tacos, rice bowls, or lettuce wraps.
