Instructions

- Make the filling: Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, and chopped chives to the yolks. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Fill egg whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the hollowed egg white halves, evenly distributing the filling among all 12 halves.
- Garnish and serve: Optionally garnish the filled eggs with additional chopped chives for extra flavor and presentation, then serve immediately or chill before serving.
