For the Dressing:
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Slaw: In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and jalapeño.
- Make the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, lime juice, lime zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine and Chill: Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve: Before serving, adjust seasoning if needed. Serve chilled as a side dish or topping.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add sliced green onions or shredded red cabbage.
