Ingredients
Scale
Beef Filling
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dough & Topping
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy clean-up.
- Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula for even cooking. Drain any excess fat from the pan.
- Season Beef: Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the cooked beef. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until it melts and fully combines with the beef mixture.
- Prepare Biscuit Dough: Roll out each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thickness to create a flat base for wrapping the filling.
- Fill Dough: Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each rolled-out biscuit dough piece.
- Form Bombs: Carefully fold the edges of the dough around the beef mixture, pinching them to seal tightly, and shape into balls. Arrange each ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic, then brush this mixture generously over the tops of each cheeseburger bomb.
- Add Parmesan: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over each bomb for a flavorful, crispy topping.
- Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish & Serve: Remove from oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy these warm, savory bites!
Notes
- Make sure to seal the biscuit dough tightly to prevent the filling from leaking during baking.
- You can swap cheddar cheese with your favorite cheese such as mozzarella or pepper jack for different flavors.
- Serve with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce for extra flavor.
- For a spicier version, add some chopped jalapeños into the beef mixture.
