Instructions

  1. Prepare the Corn: Remove the husks and silk from each corn cob, ensuring the corn is clean and ready for cooking.
  2. Add Corn and Water to Instant Pot: Place the corn cobs inside the Instant Pot. Add 1 cup of water. Optionally, place the corn on a trivet, but it is not necessary.
  3. Seal and Cook: Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to the ‘sealing’ position. Program the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.
  4. Pressure Release: Allow approximately 10 minutes for the Instant Pot to reach pressure. Once cooking time completes, perform a quick pressure release by carefully shifting the valve to ‘venting’.
