- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (sliced)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Hot Honey Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chili flakes. Set aside.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, then add the hot honey sauce and cook until thickened.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide rice between bowls, top with hot honey chicken, cabbage, avocado, cucumber, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges.
