Pizza Pockets:

- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare dough: Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
