- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan or small square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey, egg, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Blend wet and dry: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake: Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool and slice: Cool completely in the pan before slicing into brownies.
