Dough:
- 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
Garlic Butter:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping (optional):
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare dough: Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Cut and season: Slice the dough into 1-inch wide strips without separating them. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Brush half of the mixture over the dough.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Remove from oven, brush with remaining butter mixture, sprinkle with Parmesan, and cool slightly.
- Serve: Separate into breadsticks and serve warm.
