Description

Dough:

  • 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

Garlic Butter:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Topping (optional):

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare dough: Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Cut and season: Slice the dough into 1-inch wide strips without separating them. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Brush half of the mixture over the dough.
  3. Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Remove from oven, brush with remaining butter mixture, sprinkle with Parmesan, and cool slightly.
  4. Serve: Separate into breadsticks and serve warm.
