- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Whisk in the eggs until well combined.
- Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour 2–3 tablespoons of batter per pancake into the pan. Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set.
- Flip carefully and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings like nut butter, fresh fruit, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
