Noodles:
- 8 ounces lo mein noodles or spaghetti
Sauce:

- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Stir-Fry:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup snap peas or broccoli florets
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, and sugar.
- Stir-fry the vegetables: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok. Add mushrooms, carrots, bell pepper, and snap peas or broccoli. Stir-fry until tender. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Combine: Add cooked noodles and sauce to the skillet. Toss until heated through.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
