Description

These Easy Lipton Onion Roasted Potatoes are a simple and flavorful side dish that pairs perfectly with any meal. The combination of tender potatoes coated in savory onion soup mix and olive oil, then roasted to crispy perfection, will have everyone coming back for seconds.

Ingredients

Scale

    Potatoes:

  • 2 lbs yellow or red potatoes, washed and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • Lipton Onion Soup & Dip Mix:

  • 1 packet (1 oz)
  • Olive Oil:

  • 1/3 cup
  • Black Pepper:

  • 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil, Lipton onion soup mix, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Roast: Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, use a dark metal baking sheet and avoid overcrowding.
  • You can substitute sweet potatoes for a slightly sweeter twist.
