Instructions

- Rest the Batter: Let the batter sit for 15–30 minutes to allow air bubbles to dissipate.
- Cook the Crepes: Heat a skillet, pour batter, and swirl to coat. Cook until set, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat until all batter is used.
