Ingredients

Shredded Chicken:

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken;

Mixed Vegetables:

1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans);

Butter:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted;

Flour Mixture:

1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 cup milk;

Creamy Sauce:

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup, 1 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread shredded chicken in the dish.
  2. Layer Ingredients: Add mixed vegetables over the chicken. Pour melted butter on top.
