Main Casserole:

- 2 cans (5 oz each) boneless skinless salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Topping:
- 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
