- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup sour cream
Blackberry Swirl:
- 1/2 cup blackberry preserves or jam
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners. Place a vanilla wafer cookie in the bottom of each liner.
- Mix Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract, lime zest, lime juice, and sour cream until combined.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Divide batter among muffin cups. Drop blackberry preserves in each cup and swirl gently. Bake for 22–25 minutes until set.
- Cool and Chill: Cool in pan, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with blackberries and lime zest before serving.
