Creamy Shrimp:

  • ¾ cup cold buttermilk


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Make the biscuits: Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cut in butter, pour in buttermilk, pat dough, cut into rounds, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  3. Prepare the creamy shrimp: Melt butter and olive oil, cook onion and garlic, add flour, whisk in cream and broth, season, add shrimp, cook until pink, stir in herbs.
