Pasta:

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or linguine pasta

Salmon:

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions
