- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Pasta:
- 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Prepare pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Sear the Chicken: Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, cook in olive oil until done, then set aside.
