Beef Chuck Roast:

Braising Liquid:
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Heat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Season the roast: Pat roast dry, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Sear the roast: Brown all sides in a Dutch oven.
- Prepare braising liquid: Whisk together broth, balsamic vinegar, sugar, cranberry sauce, mustard, and rosemary.
- Braise the roast: Pour mixture over roast, cover, and roast for 3-3.5 hours.
