Cinnamon Rolls:
- 1 package (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
Cookie Monster Toppings:
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chip cookies (crushed or broken into pieces)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Blue gel food coloring
- Candy eyeballs (optional)
- Extra mini cookies for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F as per the cinnamon roll package instructions. Grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the rolls: Unroll each cinnamon roll, sprinkle crushed cookies and chocolate chips, then roll them back up. Place in the baking dish.
- Bake: Bake for 13–17 minutes until golden brown.
- Color the icing: Tint the included icing with blue food coloring.
- Ice the rolls: After baking, cool for 5 minutes then spread the blue icing over the warm rolls.
- Decorate: Add candy eyeballs and mini cookies to create the Cookie Monster look.
- Serve: Enjoy warm!
