- 1 cup fresh pineapple (diced)
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
Seasonings:
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine diced pineapple, pineapple juice, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Cook Sauce: Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. Add the blended mixture, simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Cool and Serve: Remove from heat, let cool. Serve warm or chilled as a topping for hot dogs, grilled meats, or arepas.
