- Add Cheese and Olives: Add the cubed feta cheese and pitted kalamata olives to the bowl containing the vegetables.
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar. Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and dried oregano, mixing well to combine all flavors.
- Combine: Pour the dressing over the vegetable, feta, and olive mixture in the large bowl.
- Toss the Salad: Gently toss all ingredients until evenly coated with the dressing and well combined, ensuring all flavors meld together.

- Optional Chill: Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short while to allow the flavors to mingle for a more developed taste.
Notes
- Use ripe, fresh tomatoes for the best flavor.
- Adjust the amount of olive oil and vinegar according to your taste preference.
- Chilling the salad for 30 minutes enhances the flavor blending but avoid too long to keep vegetables fresh and crisp.
- For a vegan version, omit the feta cheese or substitute with a plant-based alternative.
- This salad is best served fresh to maintain the crispness of the vegetables.
