Description

These Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites are a delightful sweet treat that’s easy to make and perfect for breakfast or snacking. With a crispy exterior and a soft, fluffy interior coated in cinnamon sugar, these biscuit bites are sure to be a hit with everyone.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Biscuit Bites:

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the Glaze (optional):

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Cut and Coat the Biscuits: Cut each biscuit into quarters. Dip each piece into the melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
  4. Bake the Biscuit Bites: Place the coated biscuit pieces on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Make the Glaze: If using the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Glaze and Serve: Drizzle the glaze over the warm biscuit bites and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a crispier texture, bake on a wire rack set over the baking sheet.
  • You can also use an air fryer at 350°F for 8–10 minutes for quicker results.
  • These biscuit bites are great for brunch or snacking!
