  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons milk (as needed for consistency)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Gradually add to wet ingredients and mix. Stir in oats and apple.
