Ingredients

Scale

Sweet Items

  • Little Debbie Vanilla Christmas Tree Cakes (4 cakes)
  • 6-8 strawberries
  • ½ cup strawberry yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon red sugar sprinkles
  • ½ teaspoon green Christmas Tree sprinkles
  • 6-8 mini marshmallows
  • 2-3 clementines
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • Green grapes, for garnish

Savory Items

  • Turkey pepperoni (approximately 20 slices)
  • 2-3 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut into thirds
  • ½ cup honey roasted peanuts
  • Club crackers (approximately 10 crackers)
  • ½ cup guacamole (Little Salad Bar classic guacamole suggested)
  • Red and green tortilla chips (El Sabroso Holiday Tortilla Chips recommended)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Santa Hat Strawberries: Remove the green cap from each strawberry and slice the tip just enough to create a flat surface. Dip a mini marshmallow into the strawberry yogurt, then place it on the flattened tip of each strawberry to resemble Santa hats. Repeat for all strawberries.
  2. Set up the Board Base: Arrange the Little Debbie Vanilla Christmas Tree Cakes in the four corners of your serving plate. Place small bowls containing strawberry yogurt and guacamole in the center of the plate, leaving space between them for other ingredients.
  3. Arrange Fruits and Chips: Peel and separate the clementine segments and place them in a circle around the strawberry yogurt bowl. Fill the space around the guacamole bowl with red and green tortilla chips for vibrant holiday colors.
  4. Place Meats, Nuts, and Strawberries: Arrange turkey pepperoni overlapping to the left of the top right Christmas Tree cake and to the right of the bottom left cake. Position peanuts to the left of the bottom right Christmas Tree cake and place several Santa hat strawberries between the peanuts and pepperoni, sandwiching them. Add another cluster of peanuts to the left of the pepperoni at the top of the board, and fill the top left corner with strawberries and mozzarella cheese sticks.
  5. Complete with Blueberries, Crackers, and Grapes: Position blueberries and club crackers to the left of the clementine circle. Scatter green grapes around the board to enhance the festive color and add freshness. Your Christmas Charcuterie Board is now ready to serve and enjoy!
