Description

Chicken:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pound the chicken: Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Dredge the chicken: Set up a dredging station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumb mixture. Coat each chicken breast in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Cook the chicken: Cook the chicken in olive oil and butter until golden brown on both sides.
